Domingo por la tarde y la cabeza ya está en la oficina. Repasas reuniones, correos pendientes, esa conversación incómoda. Vives el lunes dos veces: hoy en tu cabeza y mañana de verdad.
Pensarlo hoy no lo resuelve. Solo te quita el domingo.
Cuando aparezca, escríbelo. Una línea por cosa, en un papel o una nota. Sin plan, sin orden. Luego cierra la nota y vuelve a lo que tienes delante.
Si vuelve a aparecer, ya está apuntado. El lunes lo abres. Hoy no.
Sunday afternoon and your head is already at work. You run through meetings, pending emails, that awkward conversation. You live Monday twice: today in your head, tomorrow for real.
Thinking about it today doesn’t solve it. It just takes your Sunday.
When it shows up, write it down. One line per thing, on paper or in a note. No plan, no order. Then close the note and go back to what’s in front of you.
If it comes back, it’s already written. You open it on Monday. Not today.
