Done when

Before you start, write in one line what counts as “done.” Without that, the work has no edge.

Empiezas y el objetivo se mueve. Entonces alargas, retocas, no sueltas.

You start and the goal keeps moving. Then you stretch, tweak, won’t let go. It isn’t missing motivation: it’s missing a visible criterion.

Today: before the first click, one line. “Done when the draft has three paragraphs.” “Done when the email is sent.” Something checkable, not a wish.

If the line is vague, the day stretches. If it’s concrete, you can stop without guilt.

Clarity isn’t doing more. It’s knowing when enough is enough.
